How It Works

1) A quick-lube employee identifies a rock chip on the customer’s windshield.

2) The customer is informed of the damage and is asked if they want to have it fixed.

3) If the customer agrees, the employee fixes the chip and fills out a UniGlass form with the customer’s contact and insurance information. Later, the customer will receive a phone call from UniGlass to complete the insurance authorization.

4) The quick-lube employee faxes an information sheet to UniGlass.

5) UniGlass places a conference call with the insurance company and the customer to complete the authorization.

6) UniGlass bills the insurance company and remits payment to your store each month.
